HLB returns as Official Supervisor of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards

Bangkok: Entering its third consecutive year, HLB are proud to be named as official supervisor for the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, the region’s highly esteemed real estate awards initiative.  HLB will continue to provide its expertise and support to the program, maintaining the Awards’ values of credibility, fairness, and transparency throughout the year’s judging process.

As the official supervisor of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, a designated representative from the local HLB office will oversee every facet of the judging process. Their role is to ensure rigorous adherence to stringent standards, encompassing tasks ranging from scrutinising completed entry forms, actively participating in judges’ meetings, engaging in virtual or physical site inspections, to ultimately endorsing the final outcomes. 

HLB’s supervisory role covers all 13 markets in 11 countries featured in the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2023 series. These include Australia, Cambodia, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan (Greater Niseko), India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. This role also extends to the Grand Final in December, where country winners from these markets will compete for regional accolades.

Initiated in 2005, the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards has gained an unrivalled standing for its credibility, fairness, and transparency. It boasts an autonomous panel of judges in each market, consisting of industry experts and prominent figures. The programme conducts numerous annual gala events in various formats – physical, virtual, or hybrid – drawing the attendance of numerous C-level executives, notable industry personalities, and prospective property seekers from across the region.
