LONDON – HLB, the global advisory and accounting network, today announced the appointment of Stephanie Rix as Chief People Officer succeeding Marina Kooijmans who will stay in post until her retirement in July. In this role, Rix will lead HLB's People strategy to deliver innovative initiatives to enhance the unique skillset of our people and promote human centric leadership to achieve excellence across the HLB global community.
As Chief People Officer, Rix will focus on enhancing HLB's employer brand to attract top talent, implementing consistent learning and development programmes and fostering an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity. Leveraging best practices and leading-edge HR solutions, she will collaborate with HLB people to build a world-class workforce positioned for long-term growth and success.
