HLB Montenegro provides external audit services, tax and financial consulting, and quality assessment services for internal auditors.

HLB Montenegro

The company’s team consists of national experts from the accounting and audit sectors. Our highly professional and experienced staff include prominent university professors from Montenegro, Croatia and Serbia.

We also perform bookkeeping activities for legal entities in Montenegro, and provide consulting on the international standards of financial reporting.

Our tax professionals have a deep knowledge of local tax systems, and are ready to advise your company on a range of tax issues: value added tax, corporate income tax of legal entities, income tax of citizens, and surtax on income tax of citizens.

Much of our work is aimed at assessing the reality of legal entities in Montenegro, and assessing the value of their capital. We advise clients on registering new legal entities and shutting down existing ones; drafting divisional balances, balance of mergers, separations, and conducting a procedure to cover the loss of action capital companies, recapitalisation of shareholders, etc.

HLB Montenegro was established in 2007, and from our foundation have sought to work at a level consistent with international best practices, in accordance with International Audit Standards (ISA). We remain committed to providing the highest-quality audit and advisory work for our clients.
