About this event
First launched in 2020, the HLB Survey of Business Leaders is an annual global piece of research, capturing insight into today’s most pressing business issues through conversations with senior executives from mid-market sized companies.
This year, our research explores how senior executives are grappling with a perfect storm of ‘low-probability, high-impact events. Through data analysis from 575 business leaders from across 60 countries and six in-depth interviews with subject matter experts, we look at what the critical leadership behaviours are to lead through a crisis, the type of actions CEOs prioritise for 2023, and how they are thinking longer-term, beyond financial performance for the future of their enterprises.
Join us as we will reveal the findings of our survey, and discuss them with HLB CEO Marco Donzelli and a panel of subject matter experts. The evening also leaves plenty of room for networking with the panel speakers and other guest.
