Stephanie joined HLB as our Chief People Officer in 2024. With over 20 years of experience driving people strategies across diverse industries, Stephanie brings a wealth of expertise in leading practice HR and Change Management methodologies to drive business performance.

Stephanie aims to align the network's people initiatives with HLB's "Innovative People, Brighter Futures" strategy. Key objectives include enhancing HLB's employer brand to attract top talent, implementing consistent learning and development programs across member firms, and fostering an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity.

Leveraging best practices and leading-edge HR solutions, she will collaborate with HLB's network members to build a world-class workforce positioned for long-term growth and success.

Prior to HLB, Stephanie was Director in EY's People Consulting team and has held senior HR roles at major corporations like Pearson, the Cooperative Group and AXA . She is passionate about creating positive employee experiences, enabling people to reach their full potential, and creating positive social impact and inclusion through her work.
