About Marcelo Fonseca

Marcelo is HLB’s Global Foreign Direct Investment Leader. He is also the Office Leader in Rio de Janeiro for HLB Brazil. He has over 25 years of business management experience, focusing on finance, economics and controllership department.

His professional experience encompasses financial-economic feasibility studies of new developments, business consolidation and implementation of new projects. He was the country manager of an oil and gas multinational company in business development, contract management and relationship with government agencies. Marcello was a university professor of Introduction to Economics, Economic Theory, Macroeconomics and Brazilian Economy.
