Through partnering with a leading academic establishment we provide a high-quality, immersive experience on campus at Cambridge University - supported by a virtual learning environment.
Initiatives like HLB Building the Future and HLB Engage further reinforce our dedication to leadership excellence. This collaboration not only enhances individual growth but also strengthens our network capabilities, ensuring we remain at the forefront of industry innovation.
As a global partner, Coursera provides access to a vast range of high-quality content from top education organisations. Our learning paths focus on critical skills in innovation, technology (including cyber skills and AI), and responsible business.
This platform enables us to offer tailored educational experiences that meet the diverse needs of our workforce and align to intergenerational learning preferences.
Additionally, Coursera's ability to provide insights into skills trends for professional services is invaluable. These insights are utilised in our conferences and summits, addressing popular topics such as AI and sustainability. By leveraging Coursera, we ensure our firms are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in a rapidly evolving business landscape, developing a culture of continuous learning.

Innovative People Award 2024
At October's HLB Global Summit in Vancouver, we launched our inaugural Innovative People Award - recognising individuals and teams across our network who drive innovation in new and unique ways.
We received multiple entries across a range of topics, from AI in HR to transformation in tax. These entries were judged by the HLB Innovation Leadership Team based on the level of innovation, ability to scale and ease of implementation.
This year's award was presented to Whitley Penn (HLB USA) Marketing Manager Kendall Jones, announced as the first-ever winner.
Kendall was honoured for her creative initiative, ‘Lunch Buddies’, which aims to encourage interactions across different departments and levels, promoting a more integrated and cohesive work environment. By participating, employees have the chance to meet colleagues they might not usually interact with, facilitating the exchange of ideas and the building of professional relationships internally.
