About Coco Liu

Coco is a visionary and creative achiever with key strengths in strategic planning, execution, and international business development.

She joined HLB in 2006 and has a strong focus on building competitive edges for HLB network and creating values for member firms, business partners, clients and prospects. Coco has successfully built competitive advantages for HLB on Global Business Channel Development and the award-wining Global China Service.

As Chief Growth Officer, Coco will be focusing on driving growth through network expansion, cross-border business and advisory services.

Speaking Chinese, English and Dutch, Coco has a deep understanding of different ways of doing business across the globe under the influence of cultural dynamics and social attitudes. Coco has built strong interests and confidence in the future of emerging markets – Asia pacific and Africa in particular.

Before joining HLB, Coco was previously Chief Representative of a Hong Kong luxury & leisure company to mainland China and began her career in a marketing role at world’s top FMCG brand.

Coco holds an MBA with Distinction and has completed the Women Transforming Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School at University of Oxford. In 2018, she was named the winner of CEO Today Asia Awards, a recognition of strong and innovative leadership amongst business leaders around the globe. She was also recognised as Asia Real Estate Power Women in 2023, and highly recommended by the judges of 2024 Asia Women of Achievement for the professions category.
