Clensy is the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Partner at HLB Mauritius. He leads financial strategies in accountancy, audit, and consultancy, with expertise in offshore structuring and corporate finance. Clensy is a Chartered Accountant certified by the ICAEW and a Fellow of the ACCA. He holds an MBA from Oxford University and a Bachelor’s in Economics from the London School of Economics.

A frequent speaker on financial structuring and economic trends, Clensy is recognised as a thought leader in his field. He is committed to social causes, serving on various boards and initiatives focused on education and economic empowerment.
