Timely access to accurate and up-to-date data is a high priority for the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE) financial team, led by CFO Bernd Strangl. Created out of the Alcatel-Lucent group in 2014, ALE counts 2,000+ people from 40 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas.
To help collect financial data and ensure compliance across all its subsidiaries, ALE depends on 33 local HLB firms to support in its accounting and tax needs, with coordination tightly managed through the HLB relationship partners out of Paris (ALE's headquarters).

- A dashboard which clearly sets out all tasks, their due dates, activities, and the current status. Users can choose between Kanban, Gantt, listed, or calendar view to manage these tasks.
- Collaboration and communication tools to facilitate secure file sharing and messaging with notifications.
- A reporting system which allows for clear visibility as to the delivery of the service, allowing for full
transparency and for teams to anticipate & resolve any potential delays. - Actionable tasks, with clear lines of responsibility and timetables for each task. Sub tasks and task
